SACRED TOUCH RITUAL

Spirit and matter magically coexisting in a gesture: this is what happens in the Sacred Ritual of Touch, the body becomes the temple of the divine and, going beyond the boundaries of the skin, the hands slide inside until they caress the soul and warm the heart with the energy of the earth.
It is a ritual of love and spirituality, which aims to transform sexual energy into love, sublimating it and letting it flow towards the heart. Once it reaches there, that powerful vital energy can rise even higher, up to the third eye, thus opening up infinite possibilities for the expansion of consciousness. For this to happen, the masculine and feminine must be well balanced in the one receiving the touch, and the ritual also works on this. Every individual, whether man or woman, possesses both energies and only when these are in balance, the energy can ascend in all its power, spread and vibrate strongly and for a long time, shaking the heart, mind, and soul, opening the doors to a new perception of sexuality.
The Touch is always preceded by the ritual of adoration of Shiva or Shakti, depending on whether it is offered to a man or a woman. This creates the conditions for the experience to take place in a sacred time and space: after this opening ritual, there is no longer Franco, Giovanni, or Luca, but Shiva; no longer Carla, Anna, or Sara, but Shakti. The receiver is transfigured into the god or goddess and the giver into an officiant who becomes a channel for higher energies, guarantor of the sacredness of that magical space-time dimension that is generated, a loving guide who accompanies and supports the deep journey that the person undertakes within themselves, exploring the brightest peaks, but also serenely crossing the darkest and shadiest abysses.
The manual techniques of the Touch are slow, gentle, at times enveloping. The technique itself is not so important: of course, the giver knows how to direct the energy, but what matters most is the feeling, the flowing in the energetic wave. And the receiver will only have to listen to that wave and follow it, there is nothing to "do" but much to "feel" in a totally passive and receptive attitude, nothing to have to give back even if this will happen on a subtle, energetic level. It seems easy, but for many it is not, it requires the ability to let go, to know how to trust and surrender. The only "effort" required of the receiver is to move from the supine to the prone position at a certain point in the session. For the rest, it will be up to the giver to gently uncover the parts of the body to be massaged, moving them when necessary, as in the case of the head, arms, and legs.
The senses enjoy the touch, the scents, the music, or the simple sound of breathing. All this in an environment prepared with care, at the center of which is placed the futon on which this sacred rite takes place.
Awakening or stimulating the five senses has a profound logic: each is connected to a specific chakra and to one of the five elements (earth, water, fire, air, ether). And, considering that microcosm and macrocosm are made up of the same elements, the massage becomes a wonderful inner and cosmic journey at the same time, which leaves calm, awareness, and openness well beyond the duration of the ritual itself.

The ritual includes techniques to prepare the body for reception (tantric breathing, adoration of the feminine divine principle-Shakti and masculine-Shiva), is performed with the typical gentle and sensual movements of tantra, and aims to expand energy towards the heart. The touch is performed with hands anointed with naturally scented oil, but also includes sensory stimulation with silk, feathers, and rose petals for a unique experience.
An enveloping and engaging experience to feel within yourself the union of the masculine solar principle and the feminine lunar principle thanks to the joint touch of Shiva and Shakti, the quintessential tantric couple. Ideal for both women and men!
All three types can be associated with Sound-Healing, which uses the sound vibration produced by bija-mantras (sacred sounds of Tantra) applied directly to the body, corresponding to the main chakras, to free the energy channels and remove memories of the past and emotional/physical toxins. The combination of the two practices (touch and sound) makes the energy balancing even more powerful.
