Sacred sexuality for couples
course led by Sri Ananta Deva and Shalini Devi
Tantra is a spiritual path to be integrated into daily life, it is the union of Earth and Sky in the concreteness of our body, it is a journey that will allow you to transform every moment of the day into a wonderful opportunity to love, meditate, experience pleasure and inner harmony.
Well-being, satisfaction, and peace come through sensitivity and openness. The more sensitive we are, the more we can perceive the intrinsic harmony within ourselves and others, in nature and in life; the more open we are, the more we can grasp the subtle balance that governs the cycles of us human beings and existence, and accept all the facets and richness that daily experience offers us.
When this state of mind, made of presence and listening, becomes a way of being in the world, a fairly stable and continuous attitude, then we can enjoy gratitude for the abundance we share in our lives, the pleasure of living every aspect of existence, the magical and enchanted atmosphere in which love and the ever-present mystery lead us.
CONTENTS AND PURPOSES
Tantra paths for couples are designed precisely to guide the development of this kind of presence and listening in life. The techniques taught are simple and effective: they can be practiced by anyone and become part of daily life, without sacrifices or discomfort of any kind, and they also help to resolve energetic blocks or specific sexual problems. The path is planned together, according to personal and couple needs, taking into account your deep motivations, your learning rhythms, and your time availability.
FOR WHOM
The path is aimed at all couples, of any sexual orientation, who wish to create a more intimate relationship that acts on the deepest layers of the unconscious and the soul, to integrate or deepen together the spiritual dimension.
PROGRAM
The path is structured in five meetings, each lasting at least a couple of hours, which develop through tantra yoga exercises, breathing, meditation, energy channeling, meditative sensuality practices, body sensitization, discovery of the five senses and the five elements, transformation and expansion of energy in the body, sexual alchemy. The last meeting is dedicated to the Sacred Touch Ritual, tantric sensory experience or the tantric ritual Yoni & Lingam Worship. The following topics and related practices will be addressed:
- Tantric principles for conscious sexuality
- Male and female genital systems: the Lingam and the Yoni
- Male and female orgasm: what it means to be multi-orgasmic
- Reflexology of the Lingam and Yoni
- The secrets of tantric alchemy to transmute sexual energy as a couple
- Heterosexuality/homosexuality/bisexuality
- Sacred and conscious sexuality: transforming sex into love
- Shiva and Shakti ritual: making love with all the chakras
- The Maithuna
- Sacred Touch Ritual (tantric ritual massage for couples) and/or Lingam & Yoni Worship (adoration of the Lingam and the Yoni) to enhance the energy of Shiva and Shakti.
It is possible to book a preliminary consultation to better understand the most suitable path for each couple.
For this, we ask you to contact us and describe your needs. The schedules, meetings, and program are customizable and everything will be organized according to your timing.
It is strongly recommended, although not essential, to first attend the men-only path and the women-only path. A discount is provided for couples who attend all three paths.
