Weekend 2/3 APRIL 2016: "Sacred Relations"

The purest relationship of all must be one with oneself. Between two Sovereign Beings, love can be given and expressed without fear, as it is devoid of the illusion and anguish of loss.

The first step in the reintegration of self-wholeness is unconditional love for oneself, which inevitably involves aligning with the source of unconditional love within oneself: "You will love your neighbor as yourself."

To reach this inner contact it is necessary to heal and heal all the wounds of the heart, fill all the emotional gaps, relentlessly letting go of the separated, distorted and shattered perception of ourselves.

As we heal and fill in all of our gaps we become more and more able to see ourselves in others and walk together on a common healing path. 

Listening to yourself, gaining trust, forgiving and letting go of all our limitations and voids gives us the right to access a profound compassion that will widen more and more from the closest and most intimate relationships.

Weekend 21/22 MAY 2016: "Sacred sexuality"

The manifestation of the fusion of masculine and feminine is represented in tantra by the deity of Ardh-narishwara who embodies  masculine (Shiva) and feminine (Shakti), symbol of the bipolarity of the human body.

This ritual dance of union is defined as Maithuna (the "couple-body" or "two-in-one"). The Maithuna in fact has nothing in common with sexual orgies, but it is the dance of Shiva and Shakti. It symbolizes the eternal union of Spirit and Nature and embodies the fulfillment of contemplative love and spiritual sexuality. The alchemy of love therefore involves a deep knowledge of one's own sexuality, total control of sexual energy and the existence of pure love and unconditional.

The path of sacred tantric sexuality is a path of love and acceptance towards oneself and the other. Sacred sex harmonizes the polarity of energy (Shiva and Shakti) and through it one goes beyond the limitations of one's self, experiencing the sense of unity with creation. By infusing spirituality into the love relationship, and entering a higher consciousness, the body and passion are brought to a new dimension of awareness. Sex is transformed into Love as it is the direct way to transcend this world with its limited dimension. Love is transformed into light, into a meditative experience, into the supreme and extreme great mystical gesture of union. The real tantric practitioner (Sadhaka) transmutes the sexual energy into Love.
