Introductory evening open to singles and couples who want to understand the spiritual dimension of the traditional tantric way, enter their body and open their hearts, recognizing the divine within themselves and in the other.  Ananta Deva and Shalini Devi, initiated into Tantra by Maya Swati Devi, will lead the meeting.

Participants will experience some easy breathing exercises and practice simple tantric meditations with mantras. We will conclude with a ritual of worship of Shiva and Shakti, the eternal male and female principles.

Obviously in tantra we follow the energy of the moment and of the group, so it is only a rough program.
