Introductory evening open to singles and couples who want to understand the spiritual dimension of the traditional tantric way, enter their body and open their hearts, recognizing the divine within themselves and in the other.
According to the tantric principles, every man has a female soul (shakti) and every woman a male soul (shiva). For this purpose Ananta Deva will lead the participants through the history, origins and traditions of Tantrism and will teach some tantric techniques: breathing exercises, meditation, transformation and expansion of energy in the body, ritual of worship of Shiva and Shakti, the eternals. male and female principles.
